Do not panic; it doesn't matter much as most of them have fewer than 50 followers.
When they tag you, simply block them and report them to Facebook. You can also report such page or account. We can all help by reporting the page to Facebook. Usually, 100 - 500 user reports will suspend the account.
They may post in groups, but many groups will flag it. That is why we no longer accept defamation images with defaulters' pictures. Besides, even if they share it, do not let it bother you because it will die a natural death.
