I had the worst experience ever with their service. I made payment yesterday afternoon at exactly 1:27pm to your wema account and your agent start calling and threatening me that i didn't make payment. It get to a level where they started insulting me and not even given me a space to talk. The next thing after 6pm they forwarded my photo threatening me again and I couldn't hold it I have to go and make another payment using your sterling bank account but still not reflecting.
