This app is scam. I applied for a loan and they sent me a message that I've been disbursed, after about 2hours I charted their help line which I didn't get any response and I kept sending charts daily since Saturday 18th until the due date came. I've not had rest as their agents kept sending me messages and calling me names. Treatening to disgrace their father and mother. Only for the customer care service to send me prove of payment and the money was paid to someone else. Yet they keep calling

I have paid my loan for like 4 days ago now through the app ID In the app but till now it's still saying that i should pay, and i sent the proof of payment and the receipt to the customer care and ask them to show me a proof of transaction failure and till now no response but the overdue fees is increasing.

I will rate this app zero star because I paid back my loan through sterling bank at 1:25 pm. The transaction was successful. I issue receipt of payment. Yet, they did not clear the dashboard claiming they did not receive my payment. They are now telling me to pay through another bank again. Giving me another bank account to pay in. Disturbing me with different messages clear me!! Crancash- app is a scam

I took a loan last week and re paid today using PAY ID provided by the app and up till now it still says repay in the app and I just got a text about loan due date. I am not paying again as I have a screenshot of the one I already did. Also there's no phone number to call the company only a non-responsive whatsapp.
