The app is easy to navigate and getting a loan is just a few clicks away. As long as you can provide accurate and basic information about yourself getting a micro loan at a low interest rate is guaranteed. Service fee is also lower than other micro lending apps. Could've been better if the maximum loan amount available is higher. But overall this is an excellent lending app.

Irorun app I love the concept because it reduces stress for customers and makes lending more flexible and accessible to people . The response time needs to increase and be faster. Deep understanding of what the app does is necessary. The concept if for easy access therefore there should be easy access and security of details.

I wasn't eligible to sign in into the app because I didn't have a referral code. In my opinion, the app should be reset in a way that a new member would be eligible to sign into the app without requesting for a referral code.

Irorun loan app has a very good and easy to use and navigate interface. Just that the application crashed after I registered on the mobile app, as of now I can't login. However, the Web app is going through.

First of all, the app is very user-friendly and intuitive. It guides you through the entire application process step by step, and it's easy to understand what information you need to provide. I appreciated that the app asked for all the necessary details upfront, so I didn't have to go back and forth with customer service to provide additional information.

Irorun is a nice app, registration and sign up are easy and fluent, I am offered immediate plans but the interest rates could be reduced a little and would appreciate if there could be an access to credit score across all financial institutions to take notes of my credit history. It's a great app and distinctly recommended.

Good job with the loan criteria and tenure but the app surely have some bugs to fix. I was unable to log in again after registering. Also, the app presents a good user experience for lenders to navigate through the app.

Excellent app service, and extremely inexpensive rates. I’ve been experiencing issues setting up my account, I was asked to input the last 5 digits of my mobile number which I did. But it keeps telling me the digits I entered do not match what is registered on my BVN. This is not correct!

Irorun is a very convenient money lending app. It requires no collateral and is very easy to set-up. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to skip the hassles of borrowing money from banks and other financial organizations.

The app is easy to use and navigate. Also, the airtime and bill payment services is a good feature. But the processing fee of #400 may be considered high for borrowers applying for small loans.

As the name of the app says (peace of mind), the app has no issues as payment were verified easily without any errors and payment was made easily. I would surely recommend to a friend. But would love if the interest rate can be reduced.

It has a nice interface. You have many features within the app, many of which I haven't tried. I liked the fact that they showed how to increase your loan limit. However the interest loan starts at 15% which is pretty high compared to some other loan apps. So I was discouraged from borrowing.

Well detailed user interface and friendly as well. I was unable to access the loan options. Got stuck at the stage of taking selfie to upload. Once it processes the image, it doesn't show it has been accepted or not..

Good app web flow, zero lagging and simple and clean UI and UX design. However, while trying to send money to some one it keeps loading and return an error message asking me to consult customer service, guess it's a bug and can be fixed, overall a decent app.

'm very impressed with it. It's easy to use and has a lot of great features. The interface is intuitive and the graphics are great. I also love the fact that one is fully aware of their products, charges and interest prior to documentation and venturing for their services
