I hope anyone that wants to download this app read this review. there customer service sucks i mean is the worse you will not be able access them at all. All the time is customer service busy and there amount is too small . have been trying to mail them they are blocking it

No way to navigate, immediately you register, a message will pop up to borrow money, no way close to pop message and navigate, no option to close my account with them.

I would have rated 5 stars but a reason No. You people should keep all the amounts one can choose from. From low to high. That I pay back on time doesn't demand you people making it compulsory for me to take a higher loan.

This app is so full of disappointed! After I try to apply for cash they said one step to go, I tried to complete the step but they keep telling me that my card error and server error I tried again Then I received only message that #my account has been credited, which is not credited UpTo now, and inside the app they keep telling me that my debt will due on so so date!

The loan disbursement came fast. However, they should be provision for bank transfer method of loan repayment,not just debit cards. This is the best Loan App so far. The disbursement so far, the REPAYMENT of loan so fast. Customer Care Service Fantastic, everything is so excellent.

I wonder why you keep bombanding one's phone with call and messages. It's annoying and disturbing. Among the loan apps I have used, non is disrespectful to their customers like this. I'm going to delete this app immediately I pay my loan, and I'll never pick them as an option when next I need loan

Loan disbursed into your account but you'll never be credited. This is the third day now, still nothing. Customer services sucks. They dont response to emails or whatsapp message. Even if they do, it takes forever.

Iv been using this app and their services are good. But i applied for a loan for the past two day and it has been approved still awaiting disbursement since then. I've tried contacting their customer service line but they are not responding.

Fast and reliable. I received my cash as soon as i was able to meet up with all the necessary requirements. At first, when i saw the app i thaught it is the same with others who will ask u to apply and at the end of the application is disappointment and loan not approved. Thanks to Okash for sincerity and trust.in helping those who are in urgent need of cash.

It's a very good app, low interest rate. However, any time I repay my loan I received lesser amount if I want to take a new loan. They called me several times and promise me of higher loan if I update my app. But all after its thesame lesser amount that appears on my dashboard.

It seems Okash punishes you for paying regularly. Why can't I access lesser amounts? Why is the app forcing/offering only higher loan amounts? One should be able to access amounts they can comfortably repay. Giving higher loan amounts with extremely short-term repayment tenors is a No, No for me.

Also to the Developers big thumbs up to you guys too, navigation on your product has been easy, but I would like you guys to review where the logout button is, it's Abit hard to navigate, considering there might be people who aren't good with tech products like this.🙂

This loan app is not flexible at all. Over time if you repay regularly, you can no longer access small amounts. These loan sharks are wittingly dragging people into higher and unrealistic loan amounts which sooner or later will wreck people and put them into bad debts. My advice: take loans you can afford. Once it gets higher, quit........do not be caught unawares.

With all the online ads and campaign, it's very disappointing the level of inefficiencies one experiences with the okash platform. It's been days since I got a notification money has been disbursed to my account. Up till now, I've not seen anything. Yet there's no reliable way of reaching out to okash. The loan duration has started counting down and yet no funds

The app is Very good and best to use but they have not give better loan amount that I want and this is third time's I have taken loan from okash but they haven't give me up to hundred or two hundred thousand naira. They're interest rate is very high with low amount that is given to me so if they can increase the amount of money to the borrower will be happy to use it an do business to get much gain and use it to pay the interest rate that will be ok.

OKash is the best loan app that I 've come across. I have not been disappointed ever since I started using it. Though I shared a little bitter experience when I entered new. It was due to inexperience. I advise all my friends to use OKash. Unlike other loaning companies they don't impose loan on their customers. After registration, it is left for you to apply for a loan or not.

So terrible experience, i was told money had been disbursed to my account, for days i wasn't credited, despite trying to reach out to their customer service support even via call, they won't pick up, they exhausted all my call card and be playing stupid music for me, as if all I needed was that useless music..i even sent a screenshot of my account statement, but no responses and the funniest thing is that the repayments plan had been made already as to when i will repay....What nonsense..

This loan app is really awesome and provide an individual with the opportunity to get a credit facility as fast as possible in order to cater for our short need. They are also fast in approving our loans once you have all it takes handy. I'll like Okash to reduce their interest small and increase the validity period so as to encourage many teeming youth to engage in business by not minding the short term repayment.

Rubbish! Opay recommended I take loan from this app in time of distress. Have tried several times but their system cannot dictate my BVN updated phone number. It's keep sending OTP to an old number I lost years ago. The annoying part is after sending my complaints to their customers care Whatsapp line, they red and never reply. I gave you zero rating.

Two days to the when the loan I took is due for payment, they started bombarding me with calls and messages that I should pay with all forms of threats and warnings. This so wrong as there was a loan agreement which states when one is a defaulter. Well I have done the needful and paid what is due after which I deleted the app. Someone cannot be giving me threats and defamation of character when it's not needed.

Even when your app is one of the most efficient processes, YET some terrible happened at around midday. Your agent called to inform me that my loan has been approved. I specifically insisted for the loan to be disbursed in First Bank, NOT GTBank. But sadly she did the exact opposite of my account preference. Now the money is on the Bank I can't access.

I've gotten loan from them twice, and no problem. But I was disappointed in them when I mistakenly transferred 10,000 to their account since last year. I sent my proof of payment to their email as they asked me to since January 3rd I was promised to get my money back in 3 days time. Till now, my money has not been paid I called almost everyday but yet nothing has been sent to my OPay account as they promised to. I can see them as a fraudster.
