Super loan

I was debited twice due to bad network the first transfer shows nothing while the second transfer shows successful I later received debit alert twice I have chatted with with your customer service care and the lady said okay and that was all. what nonsense

Super loan really disappoint me I never owe them money I always pay their money before the due date they ask me to send the money and after I send the money they use fail my application almost 4times they did it to me very useless app

The interest is too much, giving you 7100 to pay with 11600, isnt too much 600 plus intrest on 1k. U should consider us. The application is good but the interest is too high.

Very bad app they don't provide virtual account for repayment and they keep increasing the repayment amount

Useless scammers.. i paid on due date and they said they didn't see the money even after showing them all receipts. Even their phone number is switched off and the agent that was disturbing me since 5am to pay has blocked my number

This app makes sense. The first time that I collected loan from this app, it was ok till when I repaid. But the second loan I applied for I didn't get it but the days are counting. Like I don't understand why this is happening

It loads for almost 24hrs... And I haven't been credited since I applied over 4 days now and it's reading I'm loaned cash... anyways I won't be responsible for any money I didn't see.....their customers care line doesn't exist....Note these

They continue text me to come and borrow money and after download app it's not yet to approve my request since last year! I will rather delete this app from my phone.

Customer service was good, but the apps or owner of the app are thieves....what they disburse to your account is totally different than what u loan for...and the intrest is almost thesame as the loan...pls unless u have money, u can laon from them...i regretted it sha but customer service is very good...they dont call to yell at u, or send messages

Everytime I try to register I always received a notification that the quota has been used up. I think they should find a solution to it

I hadn't even seen the amount to borrow no information at all. I only clicked on submit after filling the form. The next thing I'm seeing is an sms that money has been credit to my account and seconds later my account was credited with 7,100 and them saying I should pay back 11,000 in 7 days. loan companies think they can be evil and get away with rediculous interests. Rubbish

Fast and easy registration but the problem is that whenever I try to apply it will be telling me to apply for a limit after my quota has been calculated. It is highly frustrating because I really need money.

First experience was ok, but when i took the secound loan which is four days ago, up till now the money has not been disburse and the app is showing to repay my loan, i think this super loan app are scammers. Been calling their customer care, a lady will be saying she will get back to me since three days ago. Google play store should close this app

I have paid my loan that I collected from this app since and they haven't cleaned it and also put interest in it I also called they customer service and mail but I paid twice indeed of once.

I have made repayment 2 days before due date,yet it didn't reflect in the app. I have called the number on the app,spoken with the person,she promised to call her,she didn't. I have called her several times, no response.i have also sent payment receipts via WhatsApp, no response. If it is not cleared,I will not pay any extra or over due charges. This is fraudulent

I applied for a loan and #11,000 was approved to pay #11,600 in 7 days only for me to get alert of #7100 instead of #11,000. I call their contact number immediately and the call was not picked neither did they return the call. I sent WhatsApp message no reply. When I was my due date I tried to make a payment of #7600 and the app did not accept it. Their representative said they will be adding money to it that I must pay any amount in the app. I'm not ready to pay for what I did not collect.

I took a loan, I have paid my loan + the overdue! But still it's not reflecting on your app. I have messaged your agent on WhatsApp with screenshot of payment and over due STILL my payment isn't reflecting. total rubbish app

I just applied for loan. They sent me a message that my loan has been credited to my account. The app is showing me the repayment schedule while i haven't seen any alert. I checked my account but no any money credited to the account. I am just trying to see the app that is most suitable for my business. If i don't see the money in my account, i will not be liable for any loan repayment.

Bad experience they didn't disburse to my account and on the app they are counting days for me to pay loan that I wasn't given. Is this not fraud make una help me Naija people. They asked for my card details which o didn't input because I don't use it now they are saying that they have paid me.
