The app is great and very reliable but these two issues ( the service fee and the repayment duration) that 99 percent of ur customers are complaining about and still they are not doing anything about it. The service fee is too high and the duration for repayment is very small I think TrueNaira need to look into those areas bcuz, honestly they could loose customers. Thank you.

MOST EMBARRASSING !! I borrowed a certain amount from True Naira and I repaid a day before the due date but they've not cleared it and they have no record of transactions, I have laid my complains to their customer service person who kept sending me threats that they'd stop at nothing untill they recover what I already paid! As if that's not enough, they've went ahead in contacting my listing contacts!!! What kind of embarrassment is this. I don't recommend this loan app at all.

The app is good, just that their interest rate is high and also the loan duration is short. Depict the fact they have refused to reject my loan offer. I have never defaulted in paying the loan Don't know why 099MJKL23082TI9U offer was declined.. I always pay. On due date.

I wasn't debited. I have complained before the loan expired. I sent my banks statement of account till now no solution. How can I pay for service that wasn't rendered. I have contacted this number via WhatsApp only for the person to tell me it's not TrueNaira. After many evidence I sent to this number via WhatsApp. I sent my bank statement and the registered number. The number didn't get back to me.

The app is really good but the duration and interest rate is a very huge issue. Seven days! Haba!!! My getting the loan is to use for something and it won't have. Matured is seven days, why not like 21 or 30 days at least then the borrower won't have hypertension because of loan repayment.

I wouldn't even recommend this platform to my enemy. Apart from the high interest rate, they seem dubious. I paid back my outstanding loan before time, I even sent proof of payment but till now it has not been updated on the app. Worst of all is that they keep calling me to pay before 12noon if not necessary action will be taken against me. I can't pay twice. NEVER!!!!

True Naira is one of the few Loan Apps who stay true to their words. What is stated as the "Loan Amount" and the "Amount Due" stays exactly as it is stated on the App, with a low interest rate. Unlike some other Apps which states a "specific amount" in the App, but when the money is disbursed, you'll find out that you've been scammed with a lower disbursed amount to pay back with an extremely high interest rate.
